Saraphine is the older twin sister of Ondine. She and her twin sister were born with great magical powers and were both candidates to be Shinou's Shrine Maiden but when the time came, Shinou choose Ondine. Saraphine, filled with rage when she was not chosen to become the next Shrine Maiden, left. Now, she is back and believed it is her job to destroy the keys to the Four Forbidden Box.
