Rufus Bielefelt (フォンビ－レフェルト卿ルフス) was the head of the Bielefelt family in the times of Shinou, and presumably the ancestor of Wolfram and Waltrana. It's stated in a Drama CD that Rufus was actually a woman but she had to pretend to be male because women were not allowed to rule the family.
