The 26th maou and the mother of Wolfram, Conrad and Gwendal, each with different fathers. One of the three great witches of Shin Makoku. Commonly known as "Golden Celi." She can use fire magic. Although initially, Cäcilie seems to be rather airheaded, she is actually very astute and intelligent and a very caring person. Having been replaced as the maou by Yuuri, Cäcilie takes advantage of her open schedule to hunt for men on a "free and easy quest for love." Cäcilie is also quite powerful, and has admirable skill with a whip. When fighting she dresses in red leather and mask. This form and her skill tends to scare her enemies, and if they ever meet her the second time, they are usually unwilling to fight her again.
Yuuri meets Celi first in the bathtub, which he thought was exclusively for the King. The next morning, he finds out that not only is she Conrad's mother, but she is the former Maou. Celi is excited when Yuuri mistakely proposes to Wolfram, saying that they would make the perfect couple.
Cäcilie likes flowers and grows new types of them in the Blood Pledge Castle. She also names them, examples being "Beautiful Wolfram（麗しのヴォルフラム）", "Secret Gwendal（内緒のグウェンダル）", "Conrad Stands Upon the Earth（大地立つコンラート）", and "Cäcille's Red Sigh（シェリの桃色吐息）", and also, in season 3 she makes a new one which she called "Yuuri's Innocence "
She can take control of situations easily and effectively, however, and cares for her sons deeply.
A few months after, she returns from her boating venture to ask for Raven to re-marry her. However, when she falls into a sand bear's burrow, he jumps in to save her, and they figure out that they just aren't right for each other. She returns to her quest for "free love" and he keeps his promise to stay by Stuffel's side.
When Wolfram temporarily dies, she is devastated and throughout the series she can be seen doing her best to protect her sons without directly interfering.
